WOODS CROSS GROUP

I am ABRAHAM. Greetings. I am certainly uplifted by the positive thoughts here this evening. I find your personalities endearing and I learn from each one of you. When you are in the joy of enlightenment I am so blessed to share in that joy. You are a wonderful family. I know that as the years have passed and the times have changed, the definition of family is not so traditional or even biological. You must see your connection with one another is a lighthouse in the stormy seas.

I am amazed at all those who have had involvement in the mortal design, all beginning with Father, of course. Even after so many years of not having the mortal flesh, I am still learning about the mind and the design of spiritual connection. I, as of now, have faith come to me easily, but when I was like you, just beginning, faith was such an effort. Father has designed the spiritual connection in the brain of mortals physically, materially. It is there. It is not named by your scientists, but believe me, there is a connection to the circuits.

Father has put abundance before you on the earth that you may live a balanced life. Living purposefully balanced is healthy for the brain/spirit connection. As we have studied with the Life Carriers, we find four particular activities that help keep the mortal mind healthy, the first being stillness. Each day we must find a way to rise above the worries and concerns of the day and reconnect with our First Source and Center. Without Father all meaning is lost, not forever, but for that time you are feeling orphaned. We must continue to reconnect with our Parent.

The second activity is social connection. It is written that Father has made each one of you to keep each other with comfort, love and wisdom. Every day we must connect with our fellows. The Correcting Time will be largely social and we would do well to feel comfortable in who we are and a part of the Kingdom family, not more or less, just a family member.

The third suggestion for maintaining the brain/spirit connectivity is creativity. Finding something you love to do opens that channel within the brain to connect with the circuits and find that calm place that is just yours. Working with the hands, singing, reading, sailing and skiing; where do you find your passion? What is locked up in you that could come forth as a beautiful creation? What rest for the mind.

The forth suggestion is continuing education. Continuing to search for truth, beauty and goodness, to exercise the brain in study or higher learning has been proven to keep the mechanics of the brain connect to the spirit healthy. We can see that taking in information, filtering it through our spiritual eyes and having that knowledge on hand is helpful in creating social ties. There are always topics you can connect with on a soul level with your peers.

For the most part of a healthy body and mind, you know what to do, good food, rest and exercise. Our advice this evening is to take care of yourselves so you can grow in your position as Teaching Mission workers. We long for you to feel that family connection. Mary and I are aware of the upcoming changes. Have not fear. That is all for this evening. Know that we are standing by always should you have need. Go in peace. Our love goes with you. Until next time, shalom.
