Abraham; Mary - The Correcting Time Connects Every Individual - Nov 06, 2006 - Woods Cross

ABRAHAM & MARY
NOVEMBER 6, 2006
WOODS CROSS GROUP

I am ABRAHAM. Greetings. I am feeling such comfort here this evening. There is either a peaceful countenance about you each or just simple exhaustion. You always make me feel welcome and needed and that is fuel to my soul.

We always speak of the Correcting Time; after all, it is our goal as Teaching Mission participants. I am amazed how the Correcting Time and Michael’s Spirit of Truth is blowing through every culture, every society, every group. We hear every day that some person, who was set upon a pedestal, has fallen. We hear of the individuals, who are in places of authority, are really no different than the average person.

Correcting Time events have unfolded to connect every individual. There are no mortal heroes. There is not one set higher than another. The Spirit of Truth continues to sweep the land clean of separation. Beyond gender, race, social standing, we are simply children of God. Hopefully events to be played out in the future will bring individuals closer together. Not one is better than another. Until this is common thought within each mortal, the hard lessons must continue.

Is the individual who kills an abortion doctor better than the one who had the procedure? How about those individuals in certain religions who come out as homosexual? What about the college professor who is caught with child pornography? The Spirit of Truth is exposing the truth—then the Father steps in for correction. For some individuals today animalistic behavior is acceptable, but I can tell you in this, our Correcting Time, that individuals are searching for deeper meaning. Many give up on finding the deeper meaning because Father’s time appears to be too slow. You that have some experience know the meaning of endurance.

I am MARY. As always, I am honored to be among you. I have loved these past few lessons, but this evening I believe we will go about a different direction than normal. I always refer back to my own experience that has served me well.

When I was new to the ministry of the Lord I was eager to go forth and do His work. I believed that a godly woman served where she could and always did the right thing. There was a time where one of my ministering sisters was quite dominating with me. True, I was new to the ministry and was grateful for her help, but her domination began to create resentment within me. I didn’t want to say anything that would hurt her feelings or appear to be ungodly.

This woman began to take advantage of my spiritual outlook and would assign me chores that everyone should have to do, not just one person, but I did them. After all, I was doing the Lord’s work. For wanting to be a spiritual individual, I surely developed hatred for this woman. After all, who was she that she could treat me like a common maid?

She grew up in a wealthy home, whereas I grew up on the streets. I felt my highest potential was not being utilized and it appeared that this woman wanted me to serve her rather than the Master. Of course, when there was progress to report to the Master, she was front and center and I was becoming so bitter that I wanted to scream out I had done most of the footwork for certain projects and had received absolutely no credit.

I will stop there. Ponder this dilemma this week and discuss your views on possible solutions. What should I have done? I do enjoy my time with you. Abraham and I send you our love. Until next time, shalom.
